We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account/API key data: the email address you provide when requesting an API key. We use this to deliver the key, send account-related notices (such as plan changes or quota usage), and prevent abuse.
  • Usage and request logs: metadata about API requests (timestamp, endpoint, response status, solve duration, and a hash of the API key used) for metering, rate limiting, debugging, and abuse prevention. We do not log the contents of schedule requests (team names, venues, or dates) beyond what is operationally necessary, and we never log your API key in plaintext.
  • Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed entirely by Stripe, acting as Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your full payment card details; we receive limited subscription metadata (such as plan tier and subscription status) via Stripe webhooks.

How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To meter usage against your plan's monthly solve quota and rate limits.
  • To send you your API key and important service notices.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Payment Processing (Stripe as Merchant of Record)

Paid subscriptions are sold through Stripe Managed Payments. In this arrangement, Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase: Stripe handles payment processing, invoicing, tax collection and remittance (VAT/GST/sales tax as applicable), and refunds. Your payment method details are provided directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only the subscription-level information (plan tier, status, renewal date) needed to grant you access to the plan you purchased.

No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers (such as Stripe for payments and our email delivery provider for API key issuance) strictly as needed to operate the Service, and with authorities when required by law.

Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your API key is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Aggregate, de-identified usage statistics may be retained indefinitely. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us; see the Contact section below.

Security

API keys are stored hashed, never in plaintext. We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, and rate limiting) to protect the Service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights
